Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/labels intact.
• Certain items (cut fabric lengths, custom orders) may not be eligible — this is noted on the product page.

How to Request a Return

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order, and raise a return request — or use the dedicated Returns section in your dashboard. Our team reviews each request and confirms the next steps (pickup or refund).

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the returned item passing quality inspection. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
