3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation, as applicable.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued where payment was already made.

4. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk order requests submitted via our Bulk Order page are quotes, not confirmed orders. Final pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines are confirmed directly with our team before dispatch.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
